  • What is SportNinja's pricing structure? Are there any other costs?
    SportNinja charges a basic monthly subscription fee. The subscription is $50 per month for “Pro” and $100 per month for “Ultimate” (for up to 500 unique, active participants, then tiered upwards). Participant counts are measured and billed monthly. You can pause your subscription at any time and retain all users and data. There are standard transaction fees for Registrations (payments taken) based upon the payment gateway used. SportNinja offers multiple options, (Stripe, SportsPay) which offer competitive transaction rates. The system is free for all of your players and participants. There are no other fees!
  • How do you define Participants?
    Monthly subscription charges are based on the total number of unique active participants during the monthly billing period - and upcoming competitions open for registration. Subscription levels are tiered and calculated based upon the product-level you have chosen. A Participant is a player, coach, team rep - and anyone who is admin or official in an active league. It does not include fans or followers.
  • Can I pause my subscription during the off-season?
    Yes, you can pause your subscription during the off-season. Here’s what you need to know: When there are active competitions and games being scored, all unique participants count towards the total monthly charge. If there are no active competitions or games being scored, users can still view, edit, and take registrations. In the paused state, your account becomes view-only. All statistics, standings, teams, and participants are retained, but you won’t have write capabilities. This allows you to reduce costs during the off-season while still maintaining access to important information.
  • How can I start using SportNinja?
    If you’re a League Owner or Administrator - you can create an Org Account on the web for free today and instantly test and score games with your own personal sandbox/demo league. If you are a player on a team or in a league that is using our platform, then it’s best to receive an email invite from your league or team rep (as this will directly connect your email with your player profile)
  • How do I upgrade to a paid Account?
    Log in to your account on the web, navigate to the top-right corner - under “Account Settings” you will have a “Subscriptions” tab where you can upgrade. Once you subscribe you will immediately have access to the Registration feature and other capabilities. If you have any questions or issues, please reach out to us - support@sportninja.com.
  • What is your return policy for SportNinja?
    We accept returns for SportNinja within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@sportninja.com.
